Automation
Architect

I design automation systems that connect people, data and tools into reliable business processes using n8n, ServiceNow, APIs and AI.

When is it worth working with an Automation Architect?

The biggest value appears when a company has repeatable processes, uses several systems at once and feels the rising cost of manual coordination. If your team is losing time on tasks a system could handle, it is a good time to talk.

Process audit

I map processes, identify bottlenecks and choose automations with the highest return-on-investment potential so you know where to start and what to expect.

n8n and API architecture

I design workflows, integrations and operating rules so automation is stable, measurable and ready to scale with the business.

AI in operations

I implement AI agents, automatic classification, response generation, reporting and customer support, where AI genuinely reduces team workload.

Poznan and remote work

I work with companies in Poznan on site and with teams across Poland, Europe and the USA in a fully remote model.

COLLABORATION PROCESS

How I work as an Automation Architect

Good automation starts with understanding the process, not with choosing a tool. That is why I combine business analysis, systems architecture and technologies such as n8n, ServiceNow, APIs and AI into one coherent implementation plan.

Process diagnosis and priorities

At the beginning I organize processes, roles, input data, decisions, exceptions and ownership points. I look for places where the team loses time copying information, updating statuses manually, repeating messages, reporting or coordinating between systems. The result is an automation map with clearly defined priorities: what should be implemented first, what needs data cleanup first and what will not deliver enough return.

Automation architecture design

I design the target workflow: source systems, API integrations, n8n workflows, control points, error handling and monitoring rules. This makes automation not a single script that is hard to maintain - it becomes a predictable, durable part of the company's operations. The design includes scaling, security, permissions and who on the team will use the solution after deployment.

AI inside operations

I implement AI where it makes real sense: ticket classification, response generation, document data extraction, meeting summaries, lead analysis, routing and automated reporting. I make sure the AI model is an integral part of the process - not a separate experiment. Each element should have a clearly defined input, expected output and quality control mechanism.

Implementation, measurement and growth

Most often I start with an MVP that quickly confirms business value. Then I measure time savings, number of handled cases, error rate, response time and team workload - and based on that I develop further automations. I work with companies in Poznan, Poland, Europe and the USA, so projects are prepared from the start to work smoothly both on site and remotely - in small teams and organizations in the middle of scaling.

OUTCOMES

What a company gets from working together

The goal is not automation itself - but a simpler, faster and more predictable way of working for the whole team.

Process map and automation backlog

Your company gets an organized list of processes, potential automations, dependencies and priorities. This provides a concrete basis for decision-making, budgeting and conversations with technical or operational teams.

Implementation-ready architecture

I precisely define which systems should be connected, what data is needed and where each tool should operate - n8n, ServiceNow or AI. The implementation has a clear direction and does not start from zero.

Less manual work

Automations most often apply to repetitive status updates, notifications, reports, classifications, forms, data flow and routine request handling. The team gets time back and can focus on work that requires real judgment.

Scalable operations

Automation allows a company to handle more work without a proportional increase in manual steps. This is especially important for sales, customer service, operations and back-office teams - wherever volume grows faster than resources.

When should you start?

The best time is when the team repeats the same tasks several times a week, moves data between tools manually and managers need more up-to-date reports. Even the first automation can bring a clear, measurable time saving and show where to go next.
