What data may be processed?
The scope depends on whether you only browse the website, use the contact form or interact with analytics and cookie-based tools.

Automation Roadmap and emails
If you download the “Automation Roadmap”, we process your email address (and site language) based on your consent to send you the material and — as you agreed — short emails with practical automation tips. We also keep proof of consent (its wording, date and IP address). Emails are sent from hello@kozakmichal.pl (Hostinger) and the list is kept in the Owner’s Portal system. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to hello@kozakmichal.pl — we keep the data until you withdraw consent.
Contact form
Data submitted through the form, such as name, email address, message content, inquiry topic or company details, is used to handle the inquiry and provide a response.
Message handling
Messages sent through the form are stored in the Owner’s Portal system, where I keep correspondence and the history of client contact. I reply from the hello@kozakmichal.pl mailbox (Hostinger). Your data is not used for newsletters without your separate consent.
Technical data
When using the website, basic technical data may be processed, including IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, visit time and traffic source.
